Video Editor - Direct Response

Sola Wood Flowers is looking for a video editor with direct response/performance marketing experience to join our team.

As our video editor, you will work with our marketing team to create video ads to be used across Facebook, Youtube and more.

Our fast-growing company has grown to ~200 people in less than 6 years and is looking to continue our rapid-growth with the right video editor.

Responsibilities:

• Design creative video assets to be used across our website, digital advertisements, email marketing campaigns, and more.
• Work with our digital marketing team to come up with new ad ideas.
• Edit video, insert basic animations, and other motion graphics as needed.

Requirements:

• Familiar with eCommerce & DTC best practices.
• Fluent in English. Comfortable speaking on the phone & via written methods.
• Comfortable working remotely.
• Experience creating ads in a performance marketing context.
• Are able to provide references as requested. We do not want to waste your time or ours with a potential mis-hire. Our interview process is detailed & thorough.
• No issue working 50+ hours routinely. You wouldn’t know what to do with your free time if you were working less.
• Excellent cultural fit as per our values above.
